“Fun game vs Texan's rats. We were looking for a recovery game to get rid of the 2 MNG players in preparation for the XFL Chaos Dwarf.
Turn 2 a linerat 1d niggles my best cow and the apot fails, so that was that ambition out the window.
Then I go 2-0 down on a blitz and the ambition to at least win the game also went out the window.
Being out of the game somehow lifted the pressure off my players, because suddenly they started doing quite well. I got not 1, but 2 consolation TD's and a few CAS to soften the pain of yet another loss against rats.
All my teams are having a hard time beating that damn vermin these days. Time to go buy some rat poison.”
