“A game of two halves.....

The game started off in my opponents favour, the luck being something like 48:68 after the first TD (but a well played TD all the same). With only few turns left and down 1 TD a few players a let frustration get the better of me making my opponents 2nd TD quit easy.

After the 2nd TD I was down to 6 players (2 BH and 3 KO's that didn't recover) and on turn 8 of the first half, I had largely began to loose interest in the game. I made my standard 3 blocks and 1 blitz, luckily got a KO - this spurred me on a little bit and I went for a foul - bonus, another KO (I might add these to KO's stayed out for the match).

So the 2nd half and my KO's all recovered and his didn't - back to 9 V 9, luck started going my way helping me dra back to 2 - 2.

My final TD was the defining moment of the game, continuous bad luck with the remaining gutter runner (failing to catch a scattered ball from the kick off, then failing to pick up the ball and finally failing a QP) a long with some luck with my guys lead to a 16th turn TD.

My confidence that I had the victory in the bag was shaken when the kick of roll was extra time - but his gutter runner fumbling a QP came to my rescue again.
