From the beginning it was clear that there was a minor contract out for the Dragons. Each block was thrown with a little more vigor. The game progressed in eerie near silence until Bugsy produced a led pipe and laid it to the knee of Fire Foot Freddy. To the casual observer, it looked like no more than a rough block, but the quick strike shattered his kneecap. By the end of the match, three more Dragons were badly injured, and all but two found themselves knocked out of the match.

Kondor was pleased with the overall performance. Even though all self respecting hittmen would rather maintain a low profile, it also pays to advertise. By spreading the word through the underground, perhaps Kondor could turn up a few new contracts for his hired hands.
