Electing to kick the Skaven managed to hold out the Orc Offensive untill late in the first half. A costly fumble and amazing acrobatics from the gutter runners saw the opening half close with the Skaven in the lead.

Taking off early Pythagorats managed to out distance every orc on the field, and when a clumsy Linesman tripped whilst trying to keep up with the sprinting rat it left him open with noone else in sight to stop the try making it a 2 nil lead early in the Second.

The Orcs quickly responded, steam rolling over the line to narrow the margin, and one can't help but to think the Skaven were getting complacent with their lead. Having learnt from last time the Orcs set up a deep defensive net to catch the runaway gutter runners. The skaven sent two runners deep into the orcs half hoping to split their defence, however an injury causing fumble from the thrower, and a mis-thrown pass lead to a late turnover.

Many of the Skaven, including their usually reliable rat ogre starting limping off the field. The Skaven coach, screaming and shouting at his players, was only further convinced of their malingering by their lack of conciousness.

A desperate Gamble from the skaven, throwing their gutter runner in to stop the ball carrier failed and the orcs managed to cross for the tie just on the buzzer making this a close and intense game!

The Skaven coach was unavailable for comment, but was seen storming off the field muttering about "inferior minions" and "revenge".”
