The game started with promise, as the team got an early blitz before the opposition had started the game, managing in their bonus turn to fail to knock anyone over, fail to start the chainsaw, use a team re-roll on a premature bomb result, only to roll a second 1, badly hurting the player trying to light the bomb in the process.

With 10 men and no bomber, the game started to go further down-hill when more players got hurt early on, and in turn 1 there was a sending off for an alledged foul.

a complete and utter Nuffling later, the team ended with 2 dead (1 apothecarised, but the most agile player in the team is now being cooked in the half-time pie) 3 SI, 4BH and 6KO.

This left NO players on the pitch by the end of the game, and one player in reserves who WOULD have been fit to return to the game if there was any time remaining, after 1 successful and 5 failed KO rolls.

A complete and utter disaster, with the goblins seemingly unable to block, dodge or get anywhere near the ball...

Several games recently have gone this way - either Nuffle hates me, or is slapping me in the face after lulling me in to a false sense of security with a short-lived spell of luck.
