The miners received the kick off in the first half and nearly scored but were stopped by the Khemrian Blitzer just 2 squares from the endzone. Even against 4 mummies the dwarves managed to stick in there for the second half. I was expecting more injuries than I had.
Second half was KO time for the miners. Managed to KO about 5 of my oppos players so made it easier to defend. I could have scored in the last turn but failed to make a short pass to my waiting blitzer. I guess a draw is what was meant to be.
All in all - happy with the draw especially against a higer rated team and coach.
