“Plagued by mishaps the Rice Mice still managed to pull off the win. Things went well when from the first drive it was apparent that my opponent was new to Blood Bowl. I managed in the 2nd turn of the game to send 3 of his Wood Elves off the pitch into the crowd. This resulted in a couple KO's and a BH'ed catcher. After that touchdown things turned ugly. Over the course of the game 9 of my players didnt take the field for a drive due to being overcome by heat whereas he had only 1 or 2 miss out throughout the game. A pitch invasion managed to reduce my players even further. Followed by a Thrown rock on the next drive. For the 2nd time and game in a row a GR managed to take a niggling injury while the apoth failed to help him out. My opponent did have a bit of bad luck on some of his passing plays and various failed pickups or dodges but then again when you start a team with 1rr you need to expect those sorts of things. Good luck to Dead on his BB career you will get better and will learn, usually painfully learn, how to reduce risks for your players to get the job done.”
