#14 Thomas J. Hatter – Dead (RIP)
This night the Dance with Death has been uneasy and discordant.

A lizard entourage showed up at the old graveyard, the music began and the dead rose to dance. But lo! Plukulus the little lizard came prancing and kicking, and a crazy tap-dance he did, on the head of the Watcher who was lying down after a rough misstep.

So down the Watcher remained and refused to get up.

"This kind of dance I don't know, and I won't dance it".

With only the Horror to lead the dance, the keep-up fell on the ghouls' shoulders. And so the Hunger and the Lurker came cavorting and somersaulting, dancing and scoring and running away from the Lizards for that was the Scaly Dance they were playing, and the Dead didn't like that.

Death herself came to dance, but no Lizard had the nerve to ask her. So gallant Thomas J. Hatter stepped forward and danced with Death and still dancing he is as far as I know.

Now the graveyard is still and quiet but believe me... I won't forget easily the night in which - amongst the old tombs - Death danced the Scaly Dance...
