“Good game. Rolls changed favor a couple of times, but overall it should have been quite fair. I thought I would manage without hiring and save up money, but couldn't in the end. spelle played really well and deserved the win.”

“Such a swingy game! No one could ever feel safe in this one.
Handicaps were perfect, Virus taking out a St5 monstroity, and Morleys keeping a St4 beastman out for most of the game. The last illegal drugs gave me a Ag4 blitzer with Ma8, hard to stop!
First drive was really good, getting a few hits, BH'ing the Dp beastman, scoring in turn 5. Dark Angel then pushed hard through the orc ranks and forced the wizard to throw a bolt of lightning at the advancing beastman. Then in the final turn the Claw/Rsc beastman was also badly hurt,, and I ended first half ahead by a lot. (1-0 and 2-1 cas)
9 chaos took to the field for second half. I felt very confident, but this was soon shattered. Lucy tore into my team with a vengence, causing 2 cas and a KO in short time. Then, when the going got tough, Nuffle turned his gaze from me(or possibly on!) and everything failed. I got beaten down hard after two turns of not hitting back and the Angels could easily wait out the clock to score in the last turn.
I made a failed attempt at OTS, but came kinda close.
I recieved for OT, facing 10 chaos now. And Wham! Beastmen getting KO, a few cas, some nice fouling and the chaos players were down to 6, still facing 11 orcs. We ground them down and kept them down, scoring in the final minute of the game. Repeated fouling of Lucy hurt her seriously near the end, which was not saved (to avoid more fouling I suppose!).
Varag was great. Knocked down 5 times with Claw/rsc, not even Av-break. Was dp gang fouled - stun. He kept on coming and was a force for victory in this game. (except that quad skulls part then...)
