Fumbbl Cup VII Round 1

I've played on this site for just over a year now, but had yet to enter a major. With much agonizing thought, I decided to submit my Lizards to the dark unknowns of the Fumbbl Cup, and make myself happy with whatever outcome.

When the draw came up, I was filled with mixed thoughts. Not only was I matched up with a great coach, but I would also be playing one of the great fluff teams on Fumbbl. Though Silly's Vamps were well skilled, I knew I had a definite shot in the match.

Paying for Silibili was a great choice (I had waffled back and forth over him or a wizard.) He provided solid support, and a much needed extra Saurus once the boots started flying.

I got the final score thanks to a highly unlikely Heather Locklear (skink) to Gladiator Wolf (saurus) pass. Though I wouldn't recommend building your strategy around it, it pays to go for the unlikely move once in a while.

Great Game, Silly.
