“Ok, what just happened?

I got a real nightmare match-up with a ogre team with 8 ogres, 50 TR and 24 TS over me...and I end up crushing it to a pulp. Nuffle seems to be on a crusade to always let the cherry win in Blackbox.

Mind you all, I fouled once. This was all dice.
I also got great handicaps, with Illegal Drugs granting me 2 ST 6 mummies and Smelling Salts giving me back the KO'd players.

No Escape was on fire from turn 1. A RIP on the goblin Brun Bali II and a BH on his collegue Jamaican Blue was followed by a RIP foul on Bistro (which was apo'd) on turn 2 and a KO on the last goblin on T3. The decimated ogres were bundled up and crushed, with RIP's on Altura II and Mezzo while The Caretaker could snatch up the ball and stall a T8 TD.
I only lost the blitz-ra Haaben during the drive.

In the 2nd half the once proud Kaffesump could only field 6 players. The Kaffesump fans was naturally furious with the outcome and stormed the pitch, dragging down 4 of my players and sparing the ogres. But the mummies soon bounced back and Shardaz could walk between the isolated ogres and score in turn 5.

Again the crowd was furious, throwing a rock that KO'd the Caretaker during the next kickoff. But now Kaffesump could only field 3 players. In all misery at least Terazu pulled off a spectacular move in the last turns. To prevent a 3-0 chance the ogre dodged away from my mummy (with no break tackle), blitzed my blitz-ra to a BH and then picked up the ball. Hillarious move that unfortunately didn't lead to anything.

I'm full of admiration to how Burgerman took this is great spirit, joking and laughing in the chat while a great team was destroyed. I would like to say that I would have reacted in that manner, but I know I wouldn't. Hats off, mr Burger!”
