“Our gobbos face DukeTyrion's vampire squad- we hire Nobbla but the cheating vampires have him arrested before kick off!!! They then foul first, seriously injuring a sidestepper! We counter with a DP foul that only KO's a thrall and they score with a vamp without problems on turn 3.

The kick off sees a thrown rock seriously injure a thrall on the line of scrimmage and we follow up with a foul that KILLs another thrall! With their apo used up pre-game to make a niggler play they can do nothing about it though the ref has sent off one of our DPs now. They literally surround our players with all of theirs with the ball on the ground in the middle of everyone, but we're able to engineer some space, dodge onto the ball and speed upfield. When we look to stall for a turn they blitz through at us and when all they can do is push decide to throw us into the endzone to get it over with: 1-1!

They have 3 turns but a great kick scatter to one side robs them of a turn and good defensive blitzing of any receivers in range of the end zone stops that idea; so they have to settle with surfing our -av DT gobbo into the stands for a KO. We counter with 2 KOs in our turn and no one wakes up for the 2nd half. This means we have 11 vs just 7 of the opposition. We make it even rougher for them when we KO one thrall on the LOS and KILL another with a gobbo-block on the first turn of the half!

We haven't secured the ball yet and their dodge-vamp engineers a blitz through with a -1 dodge and gets beside the ball. But we have a whole lotta gobbos and our block-troll nearby so he's easily dealt with. We grab the ball and run up one side and start to clear away their players... by turn 5 we have the ball by their end zone and they have just a vamp and a thrall left on the pitch! Over the next couple turns we remove both with fouls- the final pitch-clearing foul delivered by our troll!
