“The game kicked off and it quickly became clear that it was going to be a bruising match-up from start to finish. In the very first drive of the game Padawn Seth was knocked out and Padawan George followed shortly after when he was badly hurt. The Green Jedi replied with some big hits of their own and sent Oosh Terkin (badly hurt) and Karte Ortrin (serious injury that niggled) off to the Infirmary. To make matters worse Jedi Yi'ia managed to knock himself out after tackling a young padawan and remained unconciouss for the rest of the game.

Padawan Smitty of the Green Jedi was the next to be retired from the game. Seizing the moment Zalena Skyray manged to nip in amongst several opponents, pick up the ball and then dodge back out of danger. Not willing to give up without a fight two members of the Green Jedi chased Zalena down and propmtly knocked her to the floor causing the ball to bounce loose.

Knowing this was going to be their best chance at scoring, Jedi Nay Quss stepped up to the challenge. Moving forward he ducked under a tackle from Jedi Master John and picked up the ball before barreling him over. Seeing a clear path to the end-zone, Nay Quss put all his concentration into a super burst of speed and instantly found himself in the end-zone. 1-0 to the Padawans.

The first half ended as it had started and the Green Jedi angered at finding themselves behind proceeded to knock-out Bododis Praadu and Savess Norik.

Much to Master Darkwings delight both Bododis and Savess managed to pull themselves together for the start of the 2nd half. The half started slowly with both teams being evenly matched and not giving up much ground. Again Nay Quss proved his worth by blitzing out of a mass of bodies and sprinting over towards the sideline and picking up the ball. Not to be outdone, Jedi Master Jim tackles Nay Quss and forces him to fumbbl the ball, leaving it clear for his team-mate Master John to dodge away from an onrushing padawan and pick up the ball and move clear.

Ran Mothrott of the Chu'unthor side, seeing a possible break-away by the opposition Jedi, charged over and tackled Jedi Master John to the ground. Ran had only just regained his balance when he felt the full force of Master Jim and promptly found himself staring up at the sky. In that time Master John had hauled himself to his feet, collected the ball and advanced towards the end-zone. In a moment of desperation Ran Mothrott stood up and blitzed his way past 3 opponents and stood in front of Jedi Master John to try and halt his advance. With no other opposition nearby, it was easy for the Green Jedi to knock Ran away from the ball carrier who then started to taunt the young Chu'unthor team by standing just outside end-zone waving to his adoring fans.

Then came a moment of panic for the Green Jedi master for he had failed to see a young padawan slip out from the melee and charge straight at him. Fortunately the Masters blushes were saved when the tackle did little more than push him over the scoring line forcing a touchdown. 1-1. It took nearly 5 minutes for the referee to bring the celebrating Jedi back to order. That left just a mere 3 minutes remaining on the game clock.

Hanging back downfield, Gorrhynn Ralvaa watched the kick-off sail high into the sky and arc down towards him. Catching the ball easily he moved towards the half-way line. The Padawans steadily advanced and Zalena managed to find himself a long way downfield. Jedi Nay Quss barged his way passed his opponents and placed himself in the centre of the oppositions half, hoping to disrupt the defence. With only 8 seconds of the game remaining the Green Jedi moved to surround Zalena and halt her progress.

7 seconds.......

Knowing that the only person in a position to score was Nay Quss, both Jedi Masters Jim and John teamed up to take on their fellow Jedi and ended up forcing him backwards with a series of astonishingly quick blows.

5 seconds.....

Seeing Nay in trouble, Savess Norik rushed to the aid of his team-mate and helped stall the savage Jedi attacks. Quss retaliated in kind by striking Jedi JIm with a savage blow that ended with Jim being seriously hurt.

3 seconds...

This left an opening for Nay and again he put on a burst of speed and sprinted into the end-zone. Ralvaa seeing this shouted for some cover and advanced.

2 seconds..

Bododis and Ran team up against Padawan Bradley and force him in field.

1 second.

Ralvaa steps forward and throws the ball.........

TOUCHDOWN!!!!!

Nay Quss catches the ball for the winning touchdown just as the final whistle is blown.

"The Jedi Council have been following your progress for some time now, years in fact, and after your demonstration of leadership in todays game they feel you are now ready to take on the mantle of a Jedi Master."
"This is a truly great honour Master."
"One of which you are worthy my friend. With such positions comes many roles. Many people will look to you for guidance and help. With this in mind your first task shall be to take on a young padawan learner and guide him in the ways and nature of the Force."
"Thank you my Master, I shall begin seeking an apprentice immediately."
"That is all for now Jedi Master Quss, i have many pressing things to take care of now but i shall seek you out in due course so that we may meditate together for a time. May the Force be with You."”
