“Our gobbos face berzo's brand new skaven. They have 12 rats including a rat ogre but only one reroll. Their two handicaps are great though- IT WASN'T ME removing one of our trolls and illegal drugs giving +STR to a storm vermin. Ouch! This means we will have just 11 players for the game!

We kick and they try and push through on one side, but lots of goblin repositioning means it isn't easy and they are eventually forced to handoff to a GR in a tackle zone- he catches it with ease but when he goes for the simple dodge a diving tackle takes him to the ground! We blitz through to get near the ball, badly hurting their thrower with a gobbo. They then counter by -AV injuring one of our little guys.. and then with their reroll gone manage to roll double skulls- seeing one of their linerats badly hurt!

It's been a couple of turns and the ball is still on the ground- but we get a great opportunity when we can fill a gap and then chain block a gutter runner to free the area around the ball. A gobbo grabs it and we run back into their half with 3 gobbos around him in a loose screen!

The gutter runners swarm backwards after him getting two tackle zones on the ball. We decide to fight rather than dodge away, and our resident supergobbo Gimp badly hurts another lineman- we're getting the numbers advantage here! They free the ball but can't pick it up in a tackle zone so we're able to recover and run for their endzone again! This time they can only get a single linerat through to get a tacklezone on and he's easily 2d pushed back so we can score to make it 1-0 and halftime!

We set up 10 vs 9 - and quickly make it 8 by badly hurting a linerat with a gang foul! We collect the ball and start moving it around in a loose cage that dodges side to side around the pitch and slowly forwards. At on point star troll I Hit Stuff goes for a multiblock on two enemy rats - the first of his career - seriously injuring a linerat but failing to knock over the gutter runner. The crowd goes wild! We run through diagonally and once again good gobbo dodges mean the loose screen reforms and the skaven are left scratching their heads about how they will get through. They blitz a hole but this means it's just tackle zones around the ball - not a blitz. We handoff and score to make it 2-0!

They have just 2 turns and go for the score, but it means running their GR with the ball into our half with just their rat ogre for company. And when they dodge a linerat away from our troll leaving him unmarked... we go for another MULTIBLOCK!! A both-down sees our troll grinning and both rats big and small lying on the ground! With their only chance at a consolation TD smashed the victory is secured!
