Has been too long since playing against Snorri...and it was mostly as good fun as always. We both dropped balls, skulled blocks and various other bonehead plays...but the real bonehead from my ogre at the death robbed us of any hope of a draw. Great fun mate, good luck with the final push for glory!

3pts: #15 Torn Continuum. Standard Blitzer with all the right skills. Did the lions share of hitting and put one over on us as well.

2pts: #10 Vengefull Animosity. A +ST lineman is always a gift...and it was opened often on us!

1pt: #3 Extrapolated Eructation II. Nice to see a Catcher who puts on the hits as well.

This was the crunch match to make or break the premiership run! And it almost didn't happen - so much focus on this game the lads forgot to get on the bus for their appointed game! Thankfully, the humies were very accomodated and managed to squeeze a late night demon express to get us there on time.

And it lived up to the hype...Although the lads got through with a grinding 'daWall' win, it was touch and go for a while. Every time it looked like we had it under control, the humies would pull a 'duke' out of the bag and upset the tide. Ultimately we had to run it in early in turn 14 to take the 2-1 lead and risk letting the humans get the draw. It didn't look great at the time, the Seekers didn't have a rr left, but Home Brew picked the most boneheaded moment to bonehead (twice!) that we've evern had the pleasure to enjoy!

3pts - Guitar Hero let the chords rip this game. Turn 13 and it all looked home and hosed. The seekers had the ball near the line, safely in the hands of their S4 blodging monster, and the rest of the field was under control. Enter the guitar hero. Dodging like an elf, he escpaed the mid-field tangle, then threw a 1d block at Animosity (without tackle) and dropped him so hard it ko'd him! The seekers then had to push through early to give the Crisis a real chance at a draw. Magnificent moment!

2pts - Home Brew, he was a bit of a handful...if you subtract those last two turns!
1pt - Red Mazarati, made the first try look easy, specially when he taunted a seeker as he tried a gfi to blitz the ball away.
