Round III of the Burlesque Beastman Brawl!

Both teams have a DP and neither has an apo- so this is going to be bloody! However we have 12 players while they just have 10 so we can afford more casualties than they can.

We kick and their first foul of the day sees a beastman badly hurt! We get in two multiblocks with our beast, but can't break armour. Meantime they have run the ball through, taking advantage of our 4 skull blitz on the ballcarrier to run it deep into our half. We take this opportunity to knock over and gang foul their beast- he's badly hurt but regens. They then score on turn 4.

And then their fans get the ref!! We 3d block with the beast and can only pick both-down... he's prone for their gang foul... and it's a badly hurt: no regen! We try our best to push forwards but we just can't get it together, with things like 3 foul appearance fails in a row vs their beast foiling our plans, and they are able to stop us scoring while putting in fouls which fortunately fail to cause any more casualties. They have however seen a beastman niggled with a both-down block against one of ours! On our last turn we gang foul their dirty player with the eye on them... and get our own DP sent off while only KO'ing him!

It's 8v8 for the second half and none of our remaining players have skills.. and they immediately badly hurt another beastman, while getting players up to where we failed our pickup. We get a good turn in at last, dodging (with RR), picking up and running downfield to handoff to another beastman who runs into space. We've scored two turns later just as they get players back. But it's now 8v7 and we have no rerolls left.

They push forwards steadily, KO'ing another of our beasts while running the ball through. We go for a difficult blitz on turn 7 but with no rerolls can't make the dodge. This means their beasty is within range of the endzone... but with the blizzard making GFI's more difficult he slips up (despite RR) and is stunned! This means they won't be able to score before half time and the draw is secured... hurrah!

Great game kloudfire, didn't think we'd have a draw by the time half time came round!
