“One of the most enjoyable games for a long time. Battlelore kept me on my toes for the whole game, and I think we are very evenly matched in skill. It went well for the Dark elves early on, but The Savages came back with a lightning fast one turn touchdown to equalise at halftime. The second half looked to be going the dark elf way, but late in the game the svages made a daring blitz, snatched the ball and got it far downfield. A risky stall was made, with Dart weathering two blitz attempts. In the end he was knocked down and it looked like the game would end 1-1, but Nuffle intervened. As Dart stood up, Petraus made a grab for the ball in four Dark elf tackle zones. As he fumbled his grip it flew from his hands only to land in Dart's lap, as he stood in the end zone! It was turn 8, and although the Dark elves tried a valient one turn TD, with no rerolls and a mistake on the blitz, the day belonged to the Savages!
