#6 The Horned One – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#6 The Horned One – Smashed Knee (NI)
The second round went pretty much as expected and VVV is through to the third.

It was 2-0 but probably should have been 4-0, if I'd been a bit more focused on placing players and less about mindless bashing and fouling. It was a very unbalanced game on paper and so it turned out to be on the field. Ehlers needed me to roll some terrible dice and have a good start for this to have gone in his favour. His opening foul niggled one of my warriors, but that was about the extent of the damage he could dish out as my team's superior strength and Nobbla deprived the Nurgles of players. The Danes of Nurgle KO box was kept warm all game as bodies piled up in it. Nobbla, much to the delight of the crowd, sent a few there as well as inflicting the only serious injury of the game for VVV as the rest of the team put in a tepid blocking display.

Given how much of a 1-way beating this was, with Ehlers forced into Beast blitzes and contiuous dodging through tackle zones, I was a bit surprised that he declared this match a nuffling when in fact his team was lucky to survive with only a single serious injury. My fouls were weak, and his players suffered minimal injuries instead enduring knock outs and stuns. I felt more aggreived to have suffered 2 serious injuries - more than my opponent - despite dominating.

The luck counter finished up at 56% to 51%. If that's a nuffling, I feel for you when the dice truly turn on your team.

And we all know that the Luck Meter really explain how a match has been. Consider that we almost have equal hitting power, you might have a litte edge here. But not that much else.
I it must be hard for you to see that you the dices went well for you. Winning a game does not only consider of how many BHs, Injs, or rips you made, but how many players that are left on the standing team.
I am not saying nubbla or your team was not strong, but at least you yourself should be able to see that the dices went your way.
But I guess you only count nufflings when Kills are going in every round.
