“What a game...

First half, I was being seriously out played. Finally I push Stuelle into a position where he thought he should score. But first...just a blitz against a skink...and he snakes on the GFI. I break open his cage, grab the ball and run it out of reach. Stuelle's precision foulers knock out or cas half my sauri, and when the ref does spot them, Stuelle's master arguing skills wins(he succesfully argued twice...) But GFI's are not Hayden Claire's specialty, and they fail every GFI they try, so my ball carrier is able to stall it out until T8.

Second half...things are looking a bit grim. My best saurus is MNG, and another saurus is KO'd. I field 10, but I'm recieving. After the first turn, my line is all screwed up. Stuelle sends in the beasts and surrounds the ball carrier. But that's okay, I'll just dodge out. My skinks dodge like Stuelle's CW GFI. I fail a dodge before I can get the ball to safety. Stuelle takes out another two sauri and the ball pops out. But I can still pull out with the win, if I can get hte ball to safety. Block free two sauri to cover the ball carrier, ball is ready to be picked up by a skink. Easy dodge out by a skink...splat. Skink hits the floor, and I'm left in a unfortunate postition. Stuelle grabs the ball and runs. Ties it up on T12.

4 turns each, all i've got to do is score...with 6 players. I set up my 'line' and prepare to do my best. I manage to BH his troll on the opening block, and I grab the ball and run it into a very weak cage. Stuelle marches in, KO'ing on of my two remaining sauri (still have Krox, though). But there is a light! I can get my saurus out, with a blitz and break tackle, and then I've got a saurus and 2 skinks to cover the ball carrier...I can work with that.

Saurus breaks free, moves to mark Stuelle's tackler. Ball dodges out, and runs to freedom. Okay, two skinks...3 dodges each. I was fooling myself if I ever thought my skinks could dodge. First skink falls down, and the ball is easily accesable. 3 die blitz KO's the ball carrier, and a block MNG my only standing skink. I blitz my saurus over to the ball...stupid move. Was I thinking he'd be ablbe to stand up against 5 chaos. He's blocked, and then blitzed into the crowd...MNG. T7, ball is moved down field, but a AGI4 CW fails to catch the b all. I blitz my krox over to the ball. Now for a skink, to get two men by the ball...dodge fails. Stuelle blitzes the krox out of the way, grabs the ball, throws it to a beastie, and scores the winning TD on T16.

A good game, I was definately out played, but I wish my skinks could have dodged. With both my break tackle sauri out next game, it's gonna be a rough recovery match.

And for a brief two games, I was above 160 CR!
