In the first half I couldn't do anything right but chooxter chose to stall from ~T4 instead of scoring. Meanwhile a bunch of elves left the pitch making more and more desperate bids for the Runner with the ball. Even my gang-foul only managed to stun a linerat.
Just before Half Time however the luck started to turn with MrSchitzo the RatOgre taking himself to the SI-box on a 2db block against one of my surviving elves.
..which didn't stop the Rats scoring again in T10!
2-0 down with 6 turns to go everything suddenly started going right as all my KO'd elves were back on the pitch ready to give me back-to-back-to-back two-turn-touchdowns for the win in T16!
Between T4 and T10 neither of us thought I had a serious hope.”
