“The Rippas challenged the stronger (by 17 TS) Engines, unable to resist their record of never arriving late at the station.

The Rippas won the kick off and decided to kick. A Perfect defence brought the might of the Rippas onto the Engines on the LOS.

The Engines used a RR early on a GFI to set up for a blitz on a Rippas DP and they knocked him down and ran him over (fouled for a SI MNG).

The Engines were a bit rusty and were a bit disorganised and unsure of what they were doing. Their Fat Controller panicked and threw the ball to a catcher who then decided to stall on the End Zone with a Rippa in blitz range (I coulda put a player on him lol).

The Rippas knocked the ball free, but the Engines recovered and managed a score.

The Rippas lined up in offence but were soon smashed apart by the rampant Engines who took out 6 players for the half - 3 SI (apoth failed) and 3 KO who did not wake at the start of the second half.

The Rippas with only 6 or 7 to start the second half were unable to stop the Engines from stealing the ball and delivering it to End Zone Station once more for a 2-0 lead.

On the final drive, the Rippas finally got it together, inflicting casualties and pulling off a nice TD to bring respectability to the scoreline.

Tough match for MadTias who had 39% luck in the first half. He finished strong in the end, but it was too late after the mauling he got in the first half and the unlucky KO rolls to put him 0-2 behind.
