“Ridiculously lucky timing and my only skill roll from my first match (a +ST linewoman) made all the difference. He got plenty of Pows and had decent luck moving the ball but it just couldn't compare to the rolls I was getting. He broke armor all over the place and only got 2 CAS (and only 2 or 3 KOs, I think) to show for it. Meanwhile I was failing passes only to have them bounce to another zon. I'd get a push everywhere I needed it and Pows where I needed them.

Overall we were both rolling well, but I was rolling well where it counted (injury rolls and crucial dodges) and he wasn't. That's what really did him in.

Still, despite some ludicrous plays on my behalf, Mr_Wizard was a lot of fun to chat with and kept his spirits up. That's what made it a fun game. Thanks again for the match.
