“A bloody and brutal game. Things started well for the Hunters. An initial pitch invasion soon floored 3 of my team and good blocking had the rest of the beasts joining them on the ground. Leading to a quick and easy TD for the Hunters. We pulled ourselves back into the game with a kill and a TD drawing things even.
In the second half however an early push by me failed to score and the scatter fell poorly. The Hunters quickly capitalized. Then another death and a spate of serious injuries left the Hunters future in doubt? I was left with the ball at the end, one turn short of a draw perhaps and my only scorer lying dead on the pitch...”
