So.. a few people had followed the adventure of June and they were wondering, if her hopes would be crushed by the overpowerful norse side, that was waiting in the semi-finals. Would she prevail after all the hardships over an enemy that had hardly been challenged in the tourney at all?

She prevailed!The semi-final saw June`s companions against a way stronger norse side, filled with starplayers featuring extra strenght and speed. They had even hired Zara the Slayer to put a stake into June`s lonely heart. But at the first kickoff, the lonly howl of June was echoing through the ranks of the over a hundred thousand fans that had come to see. Touched by her quest, they stormed the pitch and made it clear to the ref, who has to come out top this night. The rest was up to the golden boot of White Lily as she ravaged Zara`s downed body four times unhindered. The nordic medic could heal her the first time, but Zara finally succumbed to the vicous hits and joined June. After the loss of their star and seeing that all injuries they were dealing out were healing just as fast, the norsemen lost heart. June finally let out a triumphant cry - a long drawn howl that shattered any hope.....

That`s when the battle ended and the slaughter began. When June finally sunk down, exhausted from her frenzy, every single norse had left the pitch.

When she opened her eyes again, she thought she was dreaming - or had died and gone to heaven. A graceful figure was carrying her into the dougout of her team. A figure, she knew so well but had never seen up so close... her love had finally come to join her. She reached up, longing to kiss him, but he whispered: "We cannot leave yet for the dance, my fierceful little beauty. The moon still has to grow to show his full face and we leave until we have won the tournament. I wish I could flee with you into the night, but I am a prisoner myself - a prisoner of the pitch. So there is still one fight we must finish, before we can join my kin and dance through the night... one more fight my June.. and then we have to world at our feet."

Even though she was a little afraid, that her bliss might still be shattered, June had never been happier in her prior life. Her love had found her - the rest would come soon, she was sure, as she drifted into a peaceful sleep in his arms.”
