“What a Game!!!

it´s the truth nuffle was today a bloodthirsty elfhater. Handicaps Buzzing, Greatest, Bad Press.

I started in the defense- First half Blitz killed one of my DP Lineman. I decided against the apo because i had a feeling that i got more injuries. And the Dwarfs marched through my lines... I failed a lot of armor rolls and so after 3 turns had only 7 players on the pitch. But then Stan made a mistake that allowed me a 2db vs his ballcarrier i needed a RR to get him. I got the ball with a catcher and throwed the ball to a safe player 1.... He recovered the ball and protected him, but a little pressure with my remaining 5 players forced him to score in turn 7. 2 Turns left to equalize. I made a hole in his defense and run with everything i got in his half. He marked all my players and i wanted to free one of my catcher with a blitz. Double One for the Dodge...

2nd half 10 players for my offense. I decided to score early and then use my wizard in the defense. I scored in turn 10. Defense again. The Dwarves formed a cage around the longbeard ballcarrier with a slayer, 2 blitzers and a runner. I fireballed all 5 but only got the ballcarrier:-( Despite this i blitzed and was able to secure the ball. I wanted to evade the dwarfs with my ballcarrier and needed 2 GFI. I still had RR left so i decided to take the risk. First GFI 1 RR 1. He killed some players more and scored in turn 16. Sometime 2nd Half i used my apo on another kill he failed...

It was a good and bloody game. My Opponent made a smart move and burned some money before the game to get a 3rd Handicap. I think it was worth it. I wish you good luck for the main tournament.
