“Nuffle decried that this should be an easy one for the ratz. The Rangers already had 2 missing the game, and I drew Virus (two more) and I'm Running Late (rollded a 6)...so the Rangers only had 3 players to start the game.

Of course, one of the 1st blocks I did was a kill, (at least the apoth worked).

However, the Ratz couldn't score fast the 1st drive (I tried, but a missed pass and a failed pick up threw a kink into things)..But I did score on turn 4.

I got a 2 turn score on defense due to a blitz, so it was 2-0 by turn 6

I got another 2 turn score thanks to an interception (from Speedy...the VLL worked!) on turn 8, so by halftime it was a commanding 3-0

The elves scored quickly to start the 2nd half.. making it a 3-1 game

A perfect defense allowed the elves to defend the potential 4th score by the ratz much more effieceintly, as my Rat orge sat around and yelled for most of the rest of the game. It was almost dwarf ball the last 6-7 turns as both teams made attempts to get the ball and score.

Considering the bad turn of events, I must commend my opponent, as I don't know if I could have been as cool under stress as he did (though, at some point I'm sure it became alsmost funny it was so bad).”
