“Bizarre crazy cas-filled game with players getting hurt at the slightest touch.

The Nightblades started in offence, and +3 foul with a DP caused a SI MNG on a Blodge Sidestepper. However, he had rushed his Str4 Witch deep into Battletech territory and she was BH by a Mighty Blow Tackle Blitzer.

We then got a Blitzer suffer a -AG with apoth fail on his 4th turn leaving us short manned, but we BH his Tackler and KO his remaining Str4 player and the Nightblades scored.

With 3 turns and only 1 RR, we pushed forward and found ourselves with a difficult chance to score on T8. We had a 3+ and some 2+ dodges with dodge rr, and a couple of GFI and one dodge without... we then had a 2+ pass and 2+ catch to score but we failed the pass.

At 0-1 down, we started the second half in offence and soon caused another BH (also killed his DP earlier I think with an apoth failure) to get a big player advantage and we scored after 3 turns.

It was 6 Nightlbades vs 10 of us! The Nightblades caused a casualty (BH) but had used a RR and failed to pick up the ball. We got to the ball, but he managed to one dice POW my blodger and knock the ball free.

However, we had the player advantage still and were able to tie up his players and attack the ball and take it deep for a T16 score to seal the win.

Crazy game... both of us failed our apoth roll too. Unfortunately, we rolled a 1 for winnings again and don't have enough for a Blitzer or Witch to take us to 12 (don't want more Linemen., might have to be a Thrower).”
