“Good fun it was indeed!
Starting without both my werewolves (missing match from previous SI). So barely coming with a full team... But handicaps decided otherwise: Ghoul-Thrower got arrested (missing the game) and the Ghoul-Blitzer got Bone-head... Meaning I was left with 10 players: 2 Flesh Golem (totaling 1 casualty in 19 games!), 1 Wight and many zombies and the bone headed ghoul.
As the game started, I hoped only one thing from this game: being able to end it without more injuries! And well... I got lucky right away: Get the Ref (for once I get it!) and double skulls on the first block MummyGossip's Chaos Warrior threw -> SI!
I normally don't foul, but as I got the ref and was somewhat low on players versus a usually bashy team, I had no choice if I wanted to stand a chance.
Luckily my fouls resulted in a couple KOs and a new zombie who joined my team! (Thx to the failed apoth).
Turn 7-8 of first half was... odd... I receive the ball, kick goes all the way to my end zone, in the corner actually. I thought ok, as there's a fair chance I'll miss the pick up, I'll start bashing a lil to prepare my run... turn 7: double skull/POW, turn 8: double skull/POW ! So MummyGossip managed to pick up a non-defended ball and score.

Second half was the opposite, although not many injuries happened, I managed to score twice, only...
"Only", because at 11 vs 7 in turn 1 of 2nd half, you'd hope with MA 6-7 players you could score 3 times! But them beastmen must have smoked something illegal cuz 2 or 3 times a crazy succession of 2 dodges + 1-2 GFI + Block ended my hope of scoring fast.
It took me 5 turns to score my first TD, 7 vs 11 at start... Anyhow, 2nd TD went much faster, 5 vs 11, there wasn't much to do to prevent me from scoring this time... Although MummyGossip almost managed.

All in all, was a good match, Cya for replay any time :)”
