“Rare thing to read game reports nowadays.
First half:
Excellent leftside fake left the right side wide open, and need a bold move to claim the ball. Gutter Runner went for the leap to -2d surf the ball carrier into the 25000 waiting rat fans. Sadly the humie wasnt sliced to squeek fodder.
Ball bounced fortiously and rats went for the 1-0.
Refs did their job looking the right way whenever the rats went for an ugly boot, but the humans were strong on the ground and suffered no cas despite heavy bootiness.
Second half:
Outnumbering the humies with a couple of players and being up 3 dps made the half a conservative one with only 1 td and alot of team preservation. In spite of that the biggest rat on the team had it tail pulled from inside by a lucky human and the team apoth was too high on warpstone to save the filthy scum. He deserved it.
Good game. Now for the rematch”

Starting weather -- heatwave. Humans receiving
Starting KO result -- Get the ref (for the rats)
First half the humans managed to manouver the ball fairly well. Switching wings to try and pull down the touchdown. The rats (knowing their fans had the ref in their pocket fouled liberally managing to Knock out 5 ninjas. The ninjas were amazed that none of their number were dead or seriously hurt.
One nimble jumping gutter runner managed to stop the ninja touchdown at the last second. The first half ended 1 - 0 to the rats.
Second half -- not one of the 5 KO humans woke up. Also 2 other humans succumed to the heatwave. The humans started with only 7 players on the pitch.
Rats received and fouled the Tessai (ogre) out of the action. Then manoeuvred a loose cage to run in the second touchdown. The humans could do little except bash and foul which they did with some success (the RO was removed via a foul) while the rats stalled.
I was lucky to escape the game with no permanent injuries.
