First half saw the darkies rule the pitch after the inital block niggled a lino who was to unimportant for the apo. A BoB fouled out the same turn and a blitzer crowded 2 turns later gave the elves confidence and a 1-0 lead at halftime, the wizard still ready. Second half openend very good, with a short kick enabling our witch to frenzy the ball with the blitzer into the crowd - but to our shock she rolled quad-bothdown!. Luckily, orcs could recover and T2, the elves wanted to leave nothing to chance and they ordered a fireball onto the orcish formation. But only 1 blitzer got hit and the ball carrier a thrower and a BoB all dodged! Enraged, the elves blitzed, but could not get a POW! The orcs recovered, but when it seemed the orcs could carry it home, the 12th block die on the ball finally brought the POW and our witch redeemed herself by scooping the ball up in 2 TZ and securing it for the 1-0 win, grabbing nobbla and shoving his chainsaw up his behind.

Thank you for the match. I think with the second half, our both blockdice approached an equilibrium again.

#10 Krespo I – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#10 Krespo I – Smashed Knee (NI)
Circ was completely right there.. My orcs couldn't seem to knock any of the elves over in the first half, but the elves had to be resigned to pushing the orcs around in the second. Thanks to the luckless rolling on both sides, if anything after the second I think Circular had the raw end of the dice, I had debated an opportunity to roll 4 gfi's and a handoff to score in turn 5 or 6 of the second but I felt that was too early to reliably keep the elves from the counter. Thus with my cage slightly out of position I had to risk yet another 2 dice block and this time the dice didn't bail me out.
It was a solid and fun game for my first outing into a major and maybe I will get some more tourney experience before the next one! Good luck against those squishy woodelves
