#4 Asbestosis – Dead (RIP)
Complete and utter dice rape. That's luck only came down to 67% from spending the entire game at 80% or higher because he started throwing a series of blocks that only got pushes.

In the first half he eliminated 6 players off the pitch, the first 4 turns had armour breaks on almost every block. This made getting the ball back and doing whatever he wanted with it very simple. In the mean time I was burning a reroll per turn every GFI with mummies and counts tripping regularly to end my turn.

In the second half he stalled on offence, continued to have awesome luck and started gang fouling out of boredom. I would've thought scoring quickly to be a more effective option. Tathar should won 4 or 5 to nil with the luck he had, instead he dawdled and stalled for a boring 2-0.

Tawnhlows:

3: Rian Craeoeto (#5) - Who needs tackle when you roll pows vs dodge? Not only did he knock down blodge ghouls with surprising ease he also sent them off the pitch.

2: Timiran Baetem (#2) - Same as above. Rolled crucial pows and generated armour breaks that left me with absolutely no hope of attacking the ball carrier.

1: Awen Florlious (#11) - Pointless gang foul that ripped a wight. Of course - regen failed.

Wow! What a major dicing. The Crusaders figured this would be a tough match, facing the Count with his blodge cohorts with nary a tackle specialist on the team. The High Elves didn't need need one though and for the most part avoided the Van Drakenburg. First half: Hardie United receive. Some early surfs and KOs, gave the Crusaders the advantage and from there the cas started to flow. The Undead valiantly continued their attack with the Count and agile Mesothelioma. Storming the back field together Van Drakenborg threw the ball deep, out of the Crusader's reach. The High Elves poured back to surround the two interlopers and covered the ball. With the Count failing a dodge the next turn the Crusaders were able to stream forward unimpeded, with more than half the opposition team off the pitch. 1-0 to the High Elves.

At half time it was looking grim for Hardie United with only 9 players fit, but 4 out of 5 KOs making their way back to the pitch (including a mummy and Van Drakenborg) it looked like they were back in business. Second half: the Crusaders receive. The Undead set up deep and the High Elves fall back forming a disciplined line. With the Undead feeling the time ticking they push forward, dominating the middle of the pitch. The Crusaders blitz a corner of Hardie United's offence and storm forward in a flanking manoeuvre. Wary of the threat of the Count they form a reinforced fence to shield off the ball carrier. The Undead riposte with surprising speed, squeezing the channel and deploying covering sweepers. The High Elves switch it up falling back and sending runners forward. Hardie United go for broke and manage to break the Crusaders lines and Van Drakenbord, at full stretch blitzes the High Elven ballcarrier. With the game in balance, the pull off a stellar recovery. Firing the ball forward, bashing down the back field cover and rushing down the flank. Hardie United put some pressure onthe ball but it's not enough as the High Elves close the game down, 2-0.

Nothing you could do in this one Karix. Good luck with the rest of the season.

Twahnlows:

3 Votes - Mesothelioma - A danger both offensively and defensively.

2 Votes - Asbestolux - Frenzy ghoul who made me cautious near the flanks.

1 Vote - Cladding - Top Blocker.

Footnote: The pointless foul happened early in the second half when it was still 1-0, 10 vs. 11 (I'd just caused a lucky cas on a ghoul) and no eye on either team. Pointless if you assume that my luck was going to continue as it was, but I try not to make a habit of doing that.
