#15 Rhiannon Evereska – Smashed Knee (NI)
This game started out pretty cool - I got illegal drugs for my handicap roll and rather off-the-top-of-my-head decided to give my Wardancer +1 ST, just to protect him further. *Cough*..well, it *was* sort of odd running around the pitch with a ST5 Wardancer.
Anyway, during the rest of the match luck wasn't really on my side. I had to burn rerolls on double skulls and 1:s pretty quickly, and a lot of planned moves and actions simply couldn't be carried out. My opponent also pulled off some pretty nasty moves, including downing my treeman with a 3db-I-choose block. Still, it turned out ok in the end, after some stubborn defensive play. I also got my first permanent casualty with these fellows (guess it was bound to happen :/), a niggled line elf with 2 SPPs, who (of course) ended up becoming MVP as well. Ah, well.. it could, by all accounts, have been a lot worse. Thanks for the game, flyingboxers.
