self defence quickly got to work tho killing the star skink (apothed).
before badly hurting a saurus.

the mice tried to stop the score and may have succeeded except the lizards ganged up on self defence and fouled him into the ko box
before killing a dirty player.
the skinks waltzed in the score and with 3 ko'd and a rip (on 10 rats) it looked like this would be one of those games
coach kenthis reminded fhooogha who started the foul war....
the rats never looked back after self defence got back on the pitch.
his blood lust meant plenty of lizards cowered in the ko box and the rats proceeded to try and stall out the first half to 1-1 however they could only manage to niggle anf kill a couple of skinks for 0-1 down.
second half and the rats swarmed early against the greatly reduced lizards scoring and casing a couple of players including a krox and saurus.
1-1 and only 2 of the 4 remaining lizards came back.
again the rats swarmed casing both lizards and scoring skilling up 2 gutters in the process.
self defence was having a blinder managing to cripple a frenzy saurus.
2-1 up and the last 2 saurus came back
the rats swarmed trying to the remaining cold bloods but it wasn't to be
the lizards were so keen on staying alive that they ran away..
not to be out done though self defence ko'd the star saurus before scoring for an epic 6 cas 1td 15spps haul
this was his first td in 77 matches even though he'd learned a bunch of elven tricks to get to agility 5..
The 15 spps also mean self defence is 5 on all time storm vermin lists and 3 on active lists .
although he wants the top spot he is also looking forward to a well earned retirement with plenty of cheesey niceness.

In all seriousness tho not the lizards day. terrible injury rolls for and against.and the extra blodge of the gutters being the difference.
