“Busy night at the Supper Club!... A quarter of the way through the evening we'd had to 86 the Basashi, Beef Shank and the Tartare. Surf n Turf came with an appetite!! But Erzsabet was determined to serve them all evening long if they needed. Despite the awful smell of rotted seafood that Surf n Turf brought into our establishment, we found a way to shuffle the ball to the endzone in the first quarter. A little help from a freelance sous chef (a veritable Wizard in the kitchen ;) we were able to keep the Surf off our Turf before the halfway mark.

The second half was a long slow attempt by Erzsabet and company to crack the crab legs on the Surf n Turf. A last second effort almost sealed the win, but for a solid bitch-slap to our hostess. So we keep the Supper Club's kitchen open through and past bar close for our insatiable guests.

OT started with a call from authorities that we needed to speed things up , so Erzsabet pulled double duty as expeditor and waitress. Short Ribs were 86'd before OT showing Surf n Turf's beast the finer points of choking on a bone, so our lady Bathory took the ball and worked the backfield before serving the ball downfield. Enough of our menu and waitstaff made it back to keep the ball away fro SnT, but again, it was Erzsabet to the rescue to close out the night ...and to present our guests with the HUGE bill they'd racked up :)
