“Coach Kondor crossed the pitch and met coach littlestone at mid field. This had been a great game filled with filled with action, scoring, injuries, and a fair share of fouls in the first half. All in all, Kondor felt lucky to get out with a tie.

Things started in early with that nasty player Falsinali hitting early but he was unable to sideline any players. For the part of the hitmen, they laid down the law and showed that fellow that dirty play was punishable in these parts. Sure, the ref managed to drag off one of the hitmen, but Capone put a cap in Falsinal's ankle that he would not soon forget. As time ran out in the first half Isafalisi scored to put Sindrili ahead.

The second half could not start soon enough for the fans so they invaded the pitch causing a fair bit of mayhem. There were some heroics by the Dildi blitzer as he dodged into a cage and stripped the ball loose and one of his team mates snatched up the loose ball. But it was not enough. A quick blitz, a ball recovery and a pass pied the game up for the hired hands.

Still there was too much time left on the clock. Only 8 of the opposing players came to the field but it was enough for them to score. It looked like the game was sealed. Only a miracle would do here. A miracle is what they got. Machine gun Jack passed the ball to Lepke who had been pushed up field by his mates. Two heroic dodges later and he was in the end zone to tie the score.

This match looked to be over but the ref still held a grudge from the first half foul fest and put time back on the clock. There is never a good time for snake eyes, but this was certainly true here as the opposing thrower could not mange to pick up the ball. A failed dodge later and the game ended in a much deserved tie.

Kondor left the pitch shaking his head. This was one game where he would happily leave with a draw.
