“I just recently started playing again after a 9 months absence from FUMBBL. Had forgotten October was Cup-time but played a few games to get into shape and joined up. When I drew these elfs I realised that I might have a chance to get through the first round of a major for the first time ever. Only 1 tackle, and elfs are so darn squishy when you start to pommel them into the ground. At the same time I have a healthy fear of elfs, since I know they are faster and more agile than my zons. I made a few silly mistakes, but all in all the lack of tackle among the elves and the fact that we spent a lot of time standing around the middle of the field smashing each other into pulp and trying to get the ball gave me this win.

I made it unnecessarily exciting when I put myself in a position where I gave Mr_Foulscum the chance to blitz my ballhandler in turn 14, just because I wanted to stall and foul a bit. But it all worked out in the end.
