Fight Gone Bad won the coin toss and chose to receive. They began to bash and brawl the Pepinos in the first half to a certain degree of success. Many Humans were sent off the field but the Norsemen still had difficulties performing their blocks. Surrel, while carrying the ball, would try to block the strong Thrower off him but was taken down instead (double skulls, rr already used on a previous double skulls). The ball would be fumbled but Tarrant would regain possession. Unfortunately, he would committ a Rookie mistake as he didn't run into scoring range on the second to last turn of the first half. Despite that a chainpush of the Ogre was still possible but he flopped to the ground to avoid giving the Norsemen a chance to push their Lineman into range. The half would end scoreless.

Pepinos would receive in the second half and the strong Catcher, Pamplino would handle the ball. His team would power their way up the right side of the field. The Humans were able to stall effectively as Pamplino ran from right to left sending the Norsemen scurrying after. Finally, Nobunaga was able to get close enough to the ballcarrier that he scored on their seventh turn.

FGB received with two turns left on the clock. They immediately went into the hurry up offense and ran five receivers up the field. Pepinos would try to cover them all but Anton proved too tough to take down. The Lineman would be freed up by an Ulf setting it up for a hand off. The hand off was clean and Anton sped towards the end zone going for it twice with no problems showing to the world that he had ice in his veins. His last second touchdown would tie the game and prevent FGB's fourth loss ever.
