TDs differential: -1 points (2 TD for/3 TD against)
Casualties: 0 points (suffered 3 CAS including 1 perm but on a Journeyman)
Bonuses: 0 points
Cat E (Humans & Stunties): 0 points
Total: 11 points
944 Flashback13 150.78 147.47 - (previously 639 Flashback13 152.61 149.59 though I missed a game in here, but it was another loss)
Went down in all 3 categories. I hate Blackbox
1st half score prevented by a VERY lucky blitz that requred a lot of dice and a reroll on the actual Blitz. Knocked the ball free with an elf in scoring position, only the have it bounce into the hands of a goblin IN a TZ. WTF? I was completely outdiced in the 2nd half. I had the ballcarrier bottled up on a nice scrum, with 3 Guards waiting for a chance to assist. All I needed was 2 pushes, then I could have blitzed the ball carrier. Instead, I got a quad skull on my very first block of the turn and that was that. Snaked dodges the next 2 turns in a row and there was NOTHING I could do. I hate games like this. No skill at all when all you roll is fails. Even my 1 turn score attempt was thwarted when I couldn't roll a simple push and the goblin opted to take a dive and KO himself rather than give me a 2nd block. And not a single CAS again, even though I was hitting goblins and AV 7 rats. GRRRRRRRR!
This game was nearly pointless: No skills, pitiful money, and tied for worst ELF score I've had on either team this season (TP woodelves also got 11 against some Norse). Only positive is I get 'Beast' Rabban back next game and didn't lose anyone this game. Oh, didn't lose FF either, though at 4 that would have been salt in the wound.
It would be unfair of me if I didn't mention that RudiRatlos acknowledged the horrible dice I was having and was understanding of my frustration. Whether I could have stopped him or not, the fact that I had 3 straight turnovers on a 2 die block with a reroll AND 2 failed 2+ dodges meant he had absolutely no impediment to scoring. The only thing that could have prevented him would have been 4 turns in a row of misclicking. I congratulated him and didn't rage quit after the game ended. I guess I'm learning to handle it better. Still hate Nuffle, though, that bastard.”
