This matchup was not very exciting. 78 blocks, and not a single casualty of any kind; only a few KO's, although the very first KO was on a Claw Pestigor who refused to come back at all for the rest of the game (4 attempts). The Bloodstorm had good luck, able to pull off almost all their key plays (except a ridiculously long shot passing play on turn 15 which doesn't count), including handing off to a Saurus standing in the end zone for a touch down. Hollywood Squares on the other hand couldn't get anything right; while they didn't have bad consequences, they couldn't make any of their plays work or knock down any skinks, until the passing play on turn 14 to an undefended dodging Warrior on who on turn 16 blitzed a Saurus but failed to knock him over, and then dodged past him.. and then Nuffle turned truly cruel by fracturing the arm of the same Chaos Warrior as he GFI'd into the end zone with the ball causing the only actual bad result of the entire match.

However, this marks the end of the Shrieking Bloodstorms somewhat long losing streak (8ish games), and the frenzying Saurel was named MVP. Tlaloc yelled something about Tackle, but as with the other Saurii, Saurel chose Mighty Blow instead.

While SunDevil was understandably frustrated with the one-sided dice results, he was a good coach who positioned well and prevented a 3 (or 4) - 0 game, and refused to blame any of the luck on the Bloodstorm, and wished us similar luck in future matches - thank you SunDevil!
