I had a lot of luck on KO rolls in the first half, and also Hakkawem managed to intercept the ball and run it back more than half the field for the TD. Only one pass, and a short one at that. At least the final score looks like old times... tabletop league was not one for stalling. (And we blitzed pretty shamelessly on the last possession... up 2, might as well give it a shot, right? Of course the elves managed to gather up the ball and toss it to a man on the line.)

As for the non-violence... hey, we were facing elves. Some casualties were bound to happen. At least they were all BH. Much crowdsurfing... tabletop league LOVED surfing. And yes, we got our first completion, first TD and first INT before our first casualty.

All in all, a successful game in the freewheeling style I was trying to recapture. Strung got the MVP and learned to tackle. This is important, maybe. Turn 16 pass went awry and ended up in the hands of a BOB. This is important, DEFINITELY.
