Wow was this a close call!

First half: Pokemors get the ball, and absolutely tear into the Legion. We burn our apo rather early saving a blitzer from a RIP (wish those would show up in the match report), and lose our star blitzer/ball carrier to a foul. The clawbomber pestigor with neither Block nor Tackle can't fail to put guys on the ground. Pokemor's +ST/+AG pestigor sits at the end zone to stall out the half. We bash the LOS a bit, but go to the half battered and losing 0-1.

Second half: Our cas dice perk up. We hold the action at midfield as we exchange blows with the rotters and give better than we get. We foul out their ball carrier, rather than take a shot to kill off their killer, and it pays off with no regen! We grind away some more rotters, and add in a couple KOs just to make it a little more comfortable. We score in T7 due to the looming wizard, and manage to hold on for dear life for 2 turns of defense. 1-1, and we head for OT with SIX rerolls in the bank.

OT: We receive, and it looks to be all over. We KO one of the nurgle warriors on the LOS and retrieve the deep kick. Their killer takes out one of our BoBs, but doesn't get up again. We advance toward midfield with the ball, carefully avoiding crowding up, but there's only so much you can do. ZZZAP!! BH goes our thrower, and Borak blitzes his way to the ball and double-GFIs away with it. ACK! We scramble after him, but only manage pushes. Some clever/lucky dodging manages to put one more blitzer around in front of him. Borak tries to 4+/2db his way to victory, but didn't manage the 4+ part, even stunning himself. Sighing in relief, we scoop with a spare blitzer and jog to the end zone with a convoy of greenskins keeping the path clear. 2-1 Final
