“the bloodlust became too strong, success went to the punji stakes' heads and like the bunch of mindless jerk beserkers they are they went all out for blood forgetting that to win you also need to score..
unfortunately this meant random oracles super elf beastmen sacked the ball carrier and made off with the ball. after a miraculous pow to sack the runaway elf beastmen the punji stakes threw away the advantage bu allowing the randomoracle to intercept a hopeful pass. only a failed gfi saved the punji stakes going 1-0 down
second half put a lot of effort in stopping the score but the old rope a dope manouver selling me down one side only to switch flanks left me with egg on my face. then on my drive got carelessly carried away with going after cas and failed to pick up the ball 2 turns running since the rerolls had been wasted on ever more cas.
even though the stakes managed to retrieve the ball from the super elf beastman another strange pass decision allowed another intercept and there was no chasing down to stop the score.
finally managed to score in turn 16 when only one of randomoracles cws was left alone on the pitch.
seems the only way the punji stakes can score is if the entire opponents team is dead.
MUST REMEMBER TO FOCUS SOME MORE ON BALL HANDLING AND SLIGHTLY LESS ON OPTIMISING BLOCKING.
MAYBE MAKE A DEDICATED BALL HANDLER TO COMPLIMENT THESE KILLERS.”
