Well what a thriller it was....well it was for one team. Things started going badly from the kick off and 'it's in the legs' lost several players early on. This looked like a white wash....with a hint of green blood!
Highlights of the second half are (apart from all the injuries) are;
Turn 4:Lovable Bunnies leave their ball carrier out in the open. A block from a sauras and it's quickly picked up and run into the oppo's half. 'Legs' have the ball against the run of play.
Turn 5:Far to many Bunnies left on the field and the ball carrier is surrounded up against the side line - only one thing left to do! A dodge (pass), a diving tackle (pass), another dodge (pass) and just one final diving tackle to avoid before the glory.....nope player down and ball in the middle of the field.
Turn 6: bunnies score (1 - 1) and the restart doesn't look good for 'it's in the legs' 5 v 11
Turn 7: The kick is high and the Bunnies get a blitz....'Legs' are looking at defeat. The Bunnies surround the ball and it's only a matter of time before it crosses the endzone for the winning TD.
Turn 8: Bunnies pick up the ball and pass it. The little skink is coasting to the line.....he is already celebrating when he trips, falls and drops the ball. The dreaded GFI demon has paid him a visit....shocking.
To add further injury to insult the 'Legs' have one turn left and carry out a sly block which sees a Bunny leave the field BH.
A draw is never a fair result, someone should lose, and if we look at the injury bench we can see who the loser is in this one.
