I won the toss and elected to receive. I shuffled my cage forward for a few turns until bujke decided to make an unsuccessful 1d blitz on the ball carrier. With my main cage bogged down I formed a half-cage against the sideline. Bujke found a chain-push to surf my carrier and the ball was sent flying into the middle of his half, lying unprotected on the pitch. Things looked good for the woodies.

Fortunately for me the woodies were out of rerolls and couldn't capitalise on the loose ball. I retrieved the ball, got lucky on some armour rolls and by the end of the half I was 1-0 up with both of Bujke's Wardancers and his Catcher in the BH box.

The second half was never really a contest. The woodies were constantly short handed and couldn't stop me from bullying them. I took the ball off them three times and scored three times, ending a 4-0 winner.”
