“Well, the Butchrangers were awesome in the first half, smashing my dwarfs all over the park. Using Zug to great effect and taking Áed the Burned out of the game before he played a turn. The dwarfs tried but couldn't hold the humans out and went in to half-time 0-1 down.

Fáelan the Fleet pushed hard at the start of the second and ran behind a good blocking wall for the turn 3 score which levelled things up. It was a desperate gamble by the Ruffians who were prepared to risk the loss in order to have a chance at the win.

On defence the kick went deep. Cadeyrn MagFoirtchern and Fáelan pushed past the human line to pressure Jesse James as he brought the ball forward. The pressure told and James fumbled his attempted pass. Cadyrn and Fáelan swooped and despite some defensive pressure from the humans the dwarfs managed to find the line and the win.

1 vote: Jesse James. Carried the ball well but fumbled his lines in the crucial act.

2 votes: Carys. Teamed up with Zug to make life hard for the dwarfs and swing the balance in the blocking battles to the humans' favour.
