“The norse forgot their armor in the 1st half, but a fumble by Balloons and a lot of sidestepping by Ivan allowed us to steal the ball and score. Our apothecary returned all 4 of our KOs, and I think every KO the entire game. Their apothecary was not called out for Chicky, but did save Goofy from a smashed hip. The ref allowed Elly's Favorites one free foul. He took our bribe and tossed Ivan. Eric got some revenge by getting 2 fouls off (a Stun and the BH on Goofy) before the ref had enough of our shenanigans and tossed him too. Buliwyf got a good start in the 1st half, and a slow start in the 2nd but managed to push Pooh into the crowd. Or rather, Pooh decided to ignore his own Sidestep and vacated the pitch voluntarily ;) Buliwyf was not happy to be denied a CAS. Piling On worked the few times I used it. Patience, tenacity, and some good dice helped determine this one (well, and some bad dice and 1 or 2 positioning mistakes for Zoebugs). But I've never had much luck with Norse at high TV so I'll take the win and no perms and be happy.
