“Heartbreaking match against a fun opponent. I needed a recovery game so I opted to play up in TV to get some inducements. I wanted to buy a Star Player for bodies, but opted to make use of all the gold. Both the Babe and the Apothecary kept players on the field and I was able to compete until the end. I made a mistake in T15 when I pushed a pestigor towards the ball instead of away from it. This allowed the pesti to get a 2 die block AND also allowed him to push me away from a rotter, who was then free to go lend an assist setting up a series of events that culminated in his Move 7 Pestigor scoring. He still could have dodged away, but that mistake allowed way too many 2 die blocks instead of 1 die blocks that could have failed (SirAble was out of rerolls by this point). <sigh> Live and learn.
