Lord Thunderbone scored in turn 5 before they could swarm us. Grakh stoneears was stunned when a fan decided he should have a stone in his head to match his name. That meant 3 Elves could easily move threw the middle of our defence. We surrounded them but Wiggam received a good pass and dodged away to score. That quick td did leave us some time to score but a failed pickup meant we went into half time at 1-1 and not too confident. There was a short kick and 1 elf picked up with 3 others around him. Lord Zhar Stronghooves blitzed one down and had the support of two Dwarfs. Elthron then went for the dodge away and pass due to the pressure but Elvii crucially dropped it. Bronzebeard then took him down and covered the ball. Tackle then helped us with Elthron eventually suffering a serious injury from a dodge. As Elves started to go down Weener Snaketongue took the ball but back the High Elves came and he was smashed down after a clash of heads with verython who also fell. Lord Zhar Stronghooves then came to the rescue, or though it seemed as he was then brought to the floor by an outrageous blitz from Jack Hideoussnake. This time Lord Thunderbone got revenge and broke the Hideous's ankle. After that Snotface could pickup and walk in the td within a cage, aided by another failed Elf dodge. Good game.”
