“very good game..much better than I thought it would be as I had been having a terrible day over all :)

Elves scored 1st, even delayed a turn, but I was able to pressure him enough to leave me a few turns to try and equalize. With a bit of luck (quite a bit actually), I managed to tie up the game by half time.

2nd half was a blocking and maneuver game..Dwarves are good at blocking and bad at manuevering. GFI's were my downfall this time. 1rr2 then 1 on 2 GFI's to get out of an interception chance, then last turn, 1 (out of rr) to gfi next to an elf, where I'd have to gfi again to hit him anyway. Luck gave me one touchdown and took any chance at the 2nd away...so it balances.

needless to say, leaving the ball on the ground on turn 8, the elves were able to score the 2nd TD needed to win (did have to throw a 2db, pick up the ball and hand it off..so there were rolls involved...:)

Longlegs gets block and Clyde gets Guard..

Very good and entertaining game for me, even with the loss (but then, I play dwarves because I like the blocking game...:)
