We started off well with Foxbreaking a marauder's hip. They responded bybadly hurting Cleon in turn 2 with the aid of the dreaded piling on. Ajax scored in turn 3 but we had already burnt our rrs.
There was a good scrap that followedspread acrossthe pitch. At one point their renegade elf showed animosity but he later broke away. Wasn't a problem to takehim down though. Mercy was generally poor but did kill a clawpomber in turn 8! A glorious achievement.
2nd half the Pact rumbled forward and were content with obtaining a draw though they took out almost all our players including dealing a niggle. Our blocking was weak indeed but no pitch clear was managed.”
